Ready Player One

Written by Ernest Cline and directed by Steven Spielberg, this is a North American production of 2018, the content takes us back to the year 2045, twenty years after Halliday, an online game creator created a universe of games video, which is attributed the suggestive name of OASIS.
In the virtual world, humanity immerses itself in the online game, enslaved and subjugated to its own addictions and dependencies.
This dystopia calls once again for the total loss of social values, when slavery became law in a fiction dominated by the combination of technology and money.
In a virtual reality the misery of the real becomes the only evidence of a world where values seem to have disappeared almost entirely, however Wade Watts appears, an orphan who lives in the slums of what remains of humanity, in the virtual world is Parcival, a lone player, who knows Artemis, who fights against the dictatorial dominance of OASIS now in the hands of Sorrento, the villain of the story.
The two will undertake a quest to rescue Halliday's story, where the secrets that allowed to destroy the created world of slavery and discover the secrets that the artist wanted to give only to those who were pure in heart are hidden.
In the story, fears and missions intersect, marked by the certainty that the only way to win the game is by taking the initiative, that apart from the great difficulty of the creator of that whole world, between "The Ermit" and "The Force", the film reflects the essence of that we are beyond our avatars, our egos, and plunge into the certainty that it doesn't matter if we don't know the essence of each one, because it reveals itself in the mission we choose to embrace.
Ready Player One is still a story of identification of essences, because love can only exist when sharing the same mission, the same vision of values and dogmas, as this is the only family that can exist, that of the convictions shared and exercised in together in the battle for a new world.
